To add RFIs to a drawing on the Procore iOS app.

• Required User Permissions:
  • To create or link RFIs on a drawing:
    • 'Read Only' level permissions or higher on the project's Drawings tool.
      AND
    • 'Standard' or 'Admin' level permissions on the project's RFIs tool.
  • To publish markups to the Published layer:
    • 'Standard' or 'Admin' permissions on the project’s Drawings tool. See What is the difference between personal and published markups?

1. Open the Procore app on an iOS mobile device.
2. Tap the project's Drawings tool.
3. Tap the drawing you want to create and attach an RFI to.
4. In the markup toolbar, tap the shape or line you want to add. See Mark up a Drawing (iOS).
5. After placing the markup, tap Link.
6. Tap Link an RFI.
7. Choose one of the following options:
   • Link an Existing RFI:
     1. Tap an existing RFI item to add it to the markup.
   • Create a new RFI:
     1. Tap  to create a new RFI.
     2. Enter the necessary information.
     3. Tap Save to add the new item to the markup.
8. Optional: If you have 'Standard' or 'Admin' permissions on the Drawings tool and want to publish the markup:
   • Tap the markup, then tap Publish.
