Joindre des fichiers à un rapport journalier (Android)

Objectif

Afficher et joindre des fichiers à une entrée de rapport journalier depuis votre appareil mobile Android.

Éléments à prendre en compte

• Autorisations utilisateur requises :
  • Autorisations de niveau « Standard » ou « Admin » dans l'outil Rapport journalier du projet.
• Informations supplémentaires :
  • Cet actif ou élément peut être affiché ou modifié en mode hors connexion à condition d'avoir été précédemment affiché et mis en cache sur votre appareil mobile.
  • Vous pouvez ajouter une pièce jointe aux sections suivantes du rapport journalier :
    • Équipement 
    • Livraisons
    • Inspections
    • Infractions à la sécurité 
    • Accidents
    • Main-d'œuvre 
    • Conditions météorologiques 

Procédure

1. Accédez à l'outil Rapport journalier à l'aide de l'application Procore sur un appareil mobile Android.
2. Appuyez sur la date pour sélectionner le jour calendaire auquel vous souhaitez afficher un registre.
3. Appuyez sur l'entrée à laquelle vous souhaitez ajouter une pièce jointe ou ajouter une nouvelle saisie. Consultez « Ajouter un élément du rapport journalier ».
4. Appuyez sur l’icône Modifier   .
5. Appuyez sur Pièces jointes pour ajouter un fichier ou une photo.
6. Sélectionnez l'une des options suivantes :

   • Attachments: Tap on the following options to add photo, video, or file attachments to the entry:

     • Camera: Use your mobile device's camera to take a photo or video that is automatically added to the entry once you exit the camera.
       • Take a photo without mark up.
         1. Tap the shutter to take a photo.
         2. Tap Done to attach it to the entry.
       • Take a photo with mark up.
         1. Tap the mark up  icon to take the photo and immediately mark it up.
         2. Tap the shutter to take a photo.
         3. Mark up the photo.
         4. If you want to save both the original and marked up photo, mark the Save as New Photo option, then tap Save.
            OR
            If you want to only save your marked up photo, clear the Save as New Photo option, then tap Overwrite.
         5. Tap Done to attach it to the entry.
       • Take a video.
         1. Tap Video.
         2. Tap the shutter to start the video.
         3. Tap the shutter again to stop the video.
         4. Tap Done to attach it to the entry.
     • Photos: Tap to select photos from your device's Gallery OR from Procore's Photos tool in the project.
       • Add from Procore 
         1. Tap Photos from Procore.
         2. Tap the album that contains the photo(s) you want to include on the entry.
            OR
            Tap Create New Album to add a new photo album to the project.
            Note: You will need 'Standard' or 'Admin' permissions to the Daily Log tool to create an album.
         3. Tap the photo(s) you want to attach.
         4. Tap Done to attach it to the entry.
       • Add from Device
         1. Tap Photos from Device.
         2. Tap the photo(s) you want to add to the entry.
         3. Tap Done.
     • Files: Tap on a file from your mobile device to automatically attach it to the entry.  
7. Appuyez sur Enregistrer.
